Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data may be processed when you use the website and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller

Contact form
When you use the contact form, the data you provide may include your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, website address, service required, indicative budget and message.
This information is used only to understand your request, reply to you and, where your request concerns a service, take the pre-contractual steps necessary to respond. Fields marked as required are necessary for us to reply.
The form also uses anti-spam and rate-limiting mechanisms. A pseudonymised fingerprint derived from the IP address may be stored temporarily, for approximately fifteen minutes, to limit abusive submissions.
Booking with Calendly
The booking page integrates Calendly, a service provided by Calendly LLC. The Calendly widget is a third-party service that may use cookies or similar technologies. Its loading is conditional on your consent preferences via CookieAdmin Pro.
When you voluntarily choose a time slot, the information entered in Calendly is processed to organise the meeting. Calendly states that data relating to users and invitees may be stored in the United States and that transfers from the European Economic Area are governed in particular by the Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, Standard Contractual Clauses.
Consent management with CookieAdmin Pro
CookieAdmin Pro is used to collect and remember your choices regarding cookies and non-essential services. Depending on its configuration, it may also keep consent logs. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the re-consent mechanism displayed on the website.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by o2switch in France. Like any hosting provider, o2switch may process technical data required for operation, security and service logging.
Retention periods
- Prospect enquiries: for a maximum of three years from collection or the prospect’s last contact, unless a shorter retention period is required or a different legal obligation applies.
- Form anti-spam data: approximately fifteen minutes for rate limiting.
- Consent choices and logs: according to the retention period configured in CookieAdmin Pro and the requirements for proving consent.
- Data processed in Calendly: according to Calendly’s retention periods and the requirements of organising the meeting.
When a contractual relationship is entered into, certain data may be retained for longer in order to comply with applicable accounting, tax or evidential obligations.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to the people or providers who need it for the purposes described: the website publisher, the hosting provider for technical purposes and, when you use booking, Calendly. It is not sold.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned and the conditions provided by applicable law, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing and exercise your right to data portability where applicable.
To exercise your rights or ask a question about your personal data, contact: contact@valentinquetel.com.
If, after contacting the data controller, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
