Context and objectives
Florian Mantione Institut RH is a recruitment consultancy specialising in senior and executive profiles. The engagement had two objectives: strengthen organic visibility sustainably and make strategic pages and content contribute more effectively to commercial opportunities.
The project involved a website with a substantial number of local pages, function- and sector-specific pages, and a large editorial history. The priority was not to produce for the sake of volume, but to identify which pages should be strengthened, consolidated, updated or connected more effectively.
The challenge
Working across a large SEO ecosystem requires several risks to be managed: cannibalisation between pages, overly similar content, architecture that is difficult to interpret and effort spread across queries with limited commercial value.
The challenge was therefore to prioritise the actions with the greatest potential and connect SEO strategy with the consultancy’s real needs: local visibility, service and function pages, authority content and continuous performance improvement.
The strategy applied
- Ongoing analysis of Google Search Console to identify opportunities by page and query.
- Optimisation of strategic and local pages.
- Architecture and internal-linking work to strengthen priority silos.
- Creation, updating and consolidation of content according to search intent.
- Optimisation of titles, meta descriptions and on-page elements to improve relevance and CTR.
- Identification of technical issues, duplicate content and cannibalisation situations.
- Support for digital communication through content, webinars and other formats when they contributed to the broader strategy.
Continuous improvement
The strategy was not treated as a one-off audit. Priorities evolve with the data: a page beginning to generate impressions may need another optimisation, an emerging query may justify dedicated content and a local page may require different work depending on its competitive environment.
This approach makes it possible to move from observation to execution, then measure the effect of actions and decide what should be reinforced in the next cycle.
Results
The indicators associated with this case study summarise the main results achieved during the engagement. Rather than focusing on one isolated ranking, monitoring looks at progress in clicks, impressions, strategic queries and pages capable of generating visibility that is useful to the consultancy’s business.
